    Merle Williams, BSN, RN
    Co-Founder, Chief Operating Officer

    Merle Williams is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Door to Door Health and is responsible for all medical collaborations, ensuring that high quality care is provided to each individual patient. Professionally, Merle is the Residential Program Director for a private sector healthcare organization, where she oversees the daily operations of more than 20 residential facilities that provide oversight and care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. A New York native, Merle has over 20 years of experience in healthcare and has served diverse populations in major metropolitan areas such as New York City and Miami, as well as rural populations in Mississippi. Merle posesses a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Roseman University of Health Sciences in Henderson, NV and a Bachelor of Science in Health Science and Biology from Mercy College in New York. Merle's goal is to raise the standard of care in this great nation and strongly believes that there is no shortage of people who need great medical care.

  • Ashanti Williams, BS, MA

    Ashanti Williams, BS, MA
    Co-Founder, Chief Executive Officer

    Ashanti (Will) Williams is a Co-founder and Managing Partner of Door to Door Health and is responsible for the overall direction and strategy of the organization. A New York native, Mr. Williams upheld a family tradition of service to the nation and joined the military upon graduating high school. He served in the US Navy's Nuclear Propulsion Program as well as in the Army National Guard and completed two deployments to the Persian Gulf onboard the USS George Washington (CVN 73). After his military service Ashanti held various positions within the energy industry in both the private and public sector. As a service-connected disabled veteran, he has experienced the many inadequacies and disparities in our current healthcare system, in and out of the military. He originally embarked on a mission to improve healthcare for active and prior service veterans, which has morphed into the greater mission of improving healthcare for all. Currently, he is a healthcare technology entrepreneur and tech industry professional. Ashanti possesses a Masters degree in Emergency and Disaster Management and a Bachelor of Science in Nuclear Engineering Technology.

  • David Crane, BS, MBA

    David Crane, BS, MBA
    President, Chief Marketing Officer

    David Crane is the President and Chief Marketing Officer of Door to Door Health. He is a four-time entrepreneur with 30 years of experience in technology and healthcare.  He has a strong background in startups, strategy development, marketing and sales, product development, strategic partnerships, attracting and leading high-performing teams, finance, and fundraising.  He has raised several million dollars in funding for new ventures primarily in the tech, healthcare, Software as a Service (SaaS), and business process outsourcing industries. 

    David is the Founder of Sustainable City Project, 501(c)3 nonprofit organization and is a member of the Board of Directors with Planned Acts of Kindness.  He has been a volunteer business consultant with the Citizen’s Development Corps based in Washington, D.C. serving as a consultant to companies in Guatemala and Ukraine and is a regular Business Plan Competition coach and “in-class” volunteer with Junior Achievement.

    David earned his Bachelor of Science in Business degree and his MBA from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.
